HOW TO ORDER

Select the category from the home page of the mug you wish to buy, then click the appropriate ‘order now’ button to access the order form. Make sure to include all the information and images you want to appear on your mugs. The difference in the shape and size of the porcelain and earthenware mugs can be seen in the diagram below.

Payment is via Paypal and you will be directed here once you have filled in the order form. You will see the total cost of your order, plus postage and packaging charges. Paypal is a secure and easy method of using your credit or debit card to purchase goods online.

Once your order has been received we will create your unique design and email the artwork for your approval before the mugs are made. The mugs will then be produced and delivered to you within 14 days of you approving the artwork. If you have a more urgent requirement please let us know and we will try and work with you.

What to do if you want to order more than 25 mugs in the same design

We can offer special prices for quantities over 25. Please e-mail us with your requirements and we will give you a quote.

What to do if you require a mug not covered by one of the categories on the website

Just send us an email explaining your requirements. The categories offered are intended as suggestions and to make ordering easier but we can produce mugs for any occasion.

What to do if you already have your own artwork you want printing onto mugs

If you wish to email your own artwork to be printed onto your mugs, the dimensions are featured in the diagram below. For the porcelain mug, you should not include any text or important parts of the design within 5mm of the edges. You should also leave a white border 5mm wide at the top and bottom. For the earthenware mug, keep text and important parts of the design 4.5mm away from the top and 7.5mm from the bottom edge. Artwork for either type of mug should be supplied at a minimum of 300 dpi.
